Rutgers Asian Pacific American Medical Student Association is a chapter of the national affiliated organization Asian Pacific American Medical Student Association (APAMSA). We strive to create opportunities and a sense of community for those of Asian, Pacific Islander, and any race or ethnicity that wishes to be a part of the healthcare field.
From students aiming to pursue a career in medicine, nursing, dentistry, physical therapy etc., this organization is open to welcoming anyone regardless of race, religion, gender, sexual orientation and age. Welcome to our page!
Our Story
Rutgers Asian Pacific American Medical Student Association was founded in Fall 2019 by ambitious and hardworking undergraduate students. We strive to provide networking opportunities, cultural and health related awareness events, and a sense of community in the Rutgers student body. We hope to include you in our journey.
